“I am the way, the truth and the life,” Jesus replied. No one reaches the Father except through me ” John 14: 6.
Many say that they speak the truth and say “this is my truth, I tell the truth, I swear that I tell the truth” there are so many people who say and use the word truth. But, what is the truth or perhaps what we are talking are pure lies? Many lies when they say “I say or even swear by that truth”, and what really is their truth, it is possibly not ours. We live in a world full of evil, a world full of malice where the human being has lost the essence of truth. What is the truth?
When looking for some meaning about the truth, I found that it is the conformity between what a person manifests and what he/she has experienced, thinks or feels. The use of the word truth also includes honesty, good faith, and human sincerity in general; also the agreement of knowledge with the things that are affirmed as realities: the facts or the thing in particular; and, finally, the relation of the facts or things in their totality in the constitution of the Whole, the Universe. I remember these words of the psalmist “Only the one of faultless conduct, that practices justice and of heart speaks the truth; who does not slander with his tongue, who does not harm his neighbor, nor brings misfortune to his neighbor ” Psalms 15: 2-3.
What’s the true? I can only say that there is only one truth, it is the Supreme Being. If we claim to have fellowship with him, but live in darkness, we lie and fail to put the truth into practice (1 John 1: 6). Therefore, in John 14: 6 he says “I am the way, the truth and the life,” Jesus answered him. No one reaches the Father except through me.” Well, there is only one truth, Jesus. Finally, brothers, consider well everything true, everything respectable, everything just, everything pure, everything nice, everything worthy of admiration, in short, everything that is excellent or deserves praise (Philippians 4: 8) . Rather, by living the truth with love, we will grow to be in everything like the one who is the head, that is, Christ (Ephesians 4:15), the truth.
Prayer: Open your heart
Lord Jesus, I am before your presence to ask you to be my truth. Help me to reflect the truth in others. I ask this in your name, Jesus. Amen.

My dear friends, whatever your current situation is. Perhaps you are living situations where you are questioning at this moment about what is true or not. But, I want to tell you that there is still hope, that everything has a solution. As long as there is life there is hope. Just give yourself an opportunity to live fully and believe in yourself because only in you can the truth exist, Christ.
