I in them, and you in me, so that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world knows that you sent me, and that you loved them just as you have loved me. John 17:23
Many of us have taken an exam or test to discover your personality type. You may discover that you are introverted, extroverted, sensors, intuitive, gliders, and improvisers, emotional or rational, among others. Over time we learn that we are unique, that there will never be a person exactly like us. There are possibly similar behaviors but, you are still you, unique.
We were created with a unique DNA, even our fingerprints are unique and God created us fabulously special. When we see the creation, everything is unique; there is nothing exactly the same. That is why your personality will have an effect on others in how you use it. Today, we learn to know and control our personality. Our personality reflects who you are, you experience both personal and emotional fulfillment, and you feel satisfaction and productivity in what you do.
My dear friends, there is no perfect personality. The importance of being unique is that we are not bored, that we are special, and that there is no one like you. How good is God who made us as we are, who loves us, and likes variety. The important thing is that being all together we can provide ourselves with a grain of sand to do something extraordinary.
Prayer: Open your heart
Lord Jesus, I want to thank you for loving me as I am. Forgive me if I have done things in my humanity that I should not do. Forgive me and help me to be like you and look like you every day. I ask this in your name, Jesus. Amen.
