And Elijah came to all the people, and said, “How long will you falter between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him.” But the people answered him not a word. 1 Kings 18:21
Has it not happened to you that we are in moments where doubt comes to our mind? There are promises in our lives that are a blessing and we begin to doubt. There are moments when we confess healing in our bodies, liberation from so many things, and we say or declare believing in the manifestation of those positive things, but at the same time we doubt those words. Has it happened to you? Well, I think that battle of the mind has happened to all of us.
My dear friends, God reminds us that we are his children and as children of God he wants beautiful things for us. Also, we know that on the other side is the enemy who wants to see us in defeat. A time has come in our lives that we have to be strong and win the war against the enemy. We should not underestimate the blessings in our lives. Remember that we are all worthy of being blessed and happy.
There are carnal struggles but also spiritual struggles that we cannot see. Let us not allow it to harbor ground over your faith. Romans 12: 3 says, “I say then, by the grace that is given to me, to each one that is among you, that you do not have a higher self-concept than you should have, but think of yourself with sanity, according to the measure of faith that God distributed to each one. ” In other words, the doubt does not come from God, but He has put faith in our hearts. Let us not allow doubt to invade your present and future plans. Continue with the purposes in your life.
Prayer: Open your heart
Lord Jesus, I am in front of your presence asking you for forgiveness. Sorry if I have allowed doubt to invade my mind, thus not fulfilling the purposes that you have in my life. Help me to keep my faith in you and not look back. I ask this in your name Jesus, Amen.
Friendly advice
My dear friends, I know that it is not easy in times where there is so much information and so many people with diverse opinions, which often comes to our minds. When the doubt comes to your mind, analyze, stop, but above all seek God’s direction. God is never going to direct you to make wrong decisions. Just pray and ask for wisdom from above. In God you will find the answers. God will never gives us something that we cannot do.
