13 I have placed my bow in the clouds, and it will be a sign of the covenant between me and the earth. Genesis 9:13

When the days are rainy, later on we see that the rainbow appears; we feel joy because it indicates that the rain has stopped and the sun will come out fully. Also, the rainbow leads us to remember the beautiful covenant that God made with Noah and his creation after the flood.
