The rainbow was created by God to remind us that He was not going to destroy the world with another flood, so it reminds us of a promise of His immense love, mercy and peace for humanity.

Also, there are people who never taught them to pray. But, how good is our God who thought of everything. He knew that there would come a time in our lives that we would say, Lord teach me to pray and that is why he left us in writing a beautiful prayer that covers everything.
