Forget and Start

Who did this? Who made it possible? Who called the generations from the beginning? I, the LORD, am the first, and I will be the same to the end.  Isaiah 41:4.

The end of the year is approaching, and a new year begins. Many of us wish this year to end and with wishes that a year full of hope begins. Remember

For he who is blessed on earth, he will be blessed by the God of truth; and he who swears on earth, he will swear by the God of truth; because the first anxieties have been forgotten, and because they are hidden from my eyes. For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth, and the former things will not be remembered nor will they come to mind. Isaiah 65: 16-17

Holidays

Celebrate the Festival of Weeks with the first fruits of the wheat harvest, and the Festival of Ingathering at the turn of the year. Exodus 34:22

For generations, cultures or traditions the holidays arrive. Everyone literally celebrates Christmas, goodbye years, New Year, among other social and family activities. Maybe in other countries they have different names, maybe different times of the year, maybe not all at the same time since zone time changes, but regardless of the region of the globe there is a reason to join family and friends.
