Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is none upon earth that I desire besides you. Psalm 73:25.
Many of us have ever wondered what life will be like in heaven. Many of us also know that hell exists or for others, there will be something beyond death but, what will life be like in heaven? It is a very frequent question in the life of the human being. Even I, I have asked myself that question, since we live so many sad and happy moments here on Earth and we get tired of carrying heavy loads on our shoulders that we say like the psalmist David “Who do I have in heaven but you? And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You.”
How beautiful it is to know that heaven is described as a paradise (2 Corinthians 2: 2-4). Paradise is described in the dictionary as a pleasant place that causes a person much pleasure or happiness (https://es.thefreedictionary.com). We also remember that God placed the man in paradise where there were all kinds of fruits, a diversity of plants and flowers. Therefore, in heaven, we will live in that wonderful place called paradise.
In paradise there will be no more worry, there will be no fear or anxiety, there will be no violence or evil, for God will be our refuge. In paradise there will be no needs, there will be no hunger and no thirst because our God will feed us and satisfy our thirst. In paradise there will be no pain, there will be no more death, there will be no sadness, and there will be no crying or pain (Revelation 21: 4). Therefore, our bodies will not suffer from diseases, pains, and tribulations as there is here on Earth. Since God will dry every tear from our eyes and guide us to the springs of the water that gives life. Therefore, we will not have a life of sadness because heaven is a place of great joy. By being in the presence of God, we will be citizens of eternal paradise. My dear friends, what do we have to do to be in eternal paradise? Repent of our sins, have our name written in the book of life, and be always spiritually prepared to be ready to hear His voice.
Prayer: Open your heart
Lord Jesus, I am standing before your presence asking for your forgiveness. Forgive all my sins and even those who I am not aware of them, forgive me. Today, write my name in the book of life. Help me trustfully wait for you when the time comes to leave this Earth. I will wait for you to have access to the eternal paradise, heaven. I ask you in your name, Jesus, Amen.

My dear friends, I know that we are carrying many burdens on our shoulders such as diseases, family, finances, unemployment, and many other things that we live in this world every day, which is more difficult to live. How good, it is to know that we have a hope and faith that soon we will be in paradise. But, for the moment we have to live with the sting and resist the satanic hosts. 2 Corinthians 12: 9-10 says “My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”
God reminds us to be strong because when you least expect it, He will come as a thief does. Everything will pass soon, trust in God and you will be free and your house.
Attend your Church and seek help from your pastor or professional. Remember, as long as we wait to go to paradise, you are not alone. God places angels around you to help you on your path.
