Creation is full of great diversity. Diversity of plants, fruits, terrestrial and aquatic animals and also, we have diversity of humankind. When we talk about the diversity of man and woman, we find a diversity of cultures, languages, ages, skills or talents and knowledge.
Studying the history of the Tower of Babel, we found that everyone had a diversity of skills to achieve the goal of building the highest tower to reach the sky. In order to build the tower, they required collaboration to help fulfill the mission, there was teamwork, the strengths and weaknesses of each person were identified, and there were different personalities. Although, we know that finally, the tower was not completed because the diversity of languages arose, even so the people were divided according to their language since they could understand each other and communicate with each other.
When you join your partner, he/she is a person with different qualities and skills. But, with that person you complete yourselves to take your relationship to another level. When we evaluate families, which are composed of children with different personalities, skills and qualities that make the family unique and different from the others. Now, when we reach the organizational level, we find a diversity of culture, languages, talents, skills, personality, and many other things that make the organization different and unique.
When we evaluate an organization, it is usually based on an organizational 
structure, where it has departments that bring together technology, scientists, engineers, production and manufacturing, cleaning and gardening, and so on.
What causes success in an organization? It is not a group of people with skills and knowledge that are placed in a section or department, it is a team that is composed of different departments to carry out the goals of the organization. When all are united, with a diversity of skills for a mission, they are all important collaborators for the completion of the project.
Therefore, each person is a key to your success. We depend on the area of maintenance and gardening, we depend on the cooks, we depend on the people of production and manufacturing, the engineer, the scientist, the secretary, the computer tech, we depend on the leaders, and all of them forms parts of the organization. No one is less than the other, we are all part of a team with a great diversity that will lead any organization to achieve success. Never overestimate the person next to you, the possibly is that person with the skills is the one you will need in your work team to succeed.
Prayer: Open your heart
Lord Jesus, forgive me if I have failed you. Today, I want to be a different being from others. I want to be a person with the skills and knowledge to be useful in society. Help me, to recognize that my plans and my goals do not depend on me but, that you are by my side to help me in my path. Also, place people in my path who will be the complement or the ideal help to reach the final goal. Help me to discern the people that will make me well with my future plans. I ask you in your name, Jesus. Amen.
A Friendly Advice
Dear friend, it is good to know that we have family and friends who love us and who are willing to help you in whatever you need. How good it is to know that God is in your plans. It’s good that you have a diversity of skills and knowledge that can be useful for others. Never feel under estimated or think you are less than the other. Because what is strong in you, another person needs it. Remember that God created us with purposes and that is why we are different. Love yourself and you will see the greatness that you possess!
