Disappointment

The hope that is delayed makes the heart sick, but the wish fulfilled is a tree of life. Proverbs 13:12

Life brings us processes that we are disappointed with over time. Decisions that can bring us consequences that over time we feel frustrated. How good it is to know that there is hope and that everything has a solution.

It is time to lift our heads and feel that there is hope that we can make changes in our lives. There are people who marry out of necessity, there are people who accept work out of necessity and not because of what they are passionate about. There are people who leave their territory risking and leaving their past for a better future. Election times: moments in which we must stop regretting and begin to evaluate what we can do to change our present. What can we do to change our present?

We all fear the opportunity to change our current affairs, perhaps many marriages have the opportunity to continue and allow themselves to be restored or perhaps it is time to make decisions that help them move in a new direction in their lives. It may be time to assess your current employment status and make a decision that will help you continue to grow professionally or wait for something to happen. Perhaps it is time to act on your territory or leave loved ones behind with the same pain as acting to be able to make different changes in your nation. It is easy to escape, it is easy to feel comfortable, it is easy not to act and expect others to win what you do not dare to do. But, of one thing I am sure is that before any disappointment we have the opportunity to present it to the judge par excellence, to the assistant, to the counselor, and that everything can be resolved through his intervention, Jesus.

Prayer: open your heart

Lord Jesus, I am in front of your presence asking you for forgiveness. Today I want you to be the one who directed my steps to relate the changes in my life. I ask this of you in Jesus, Amen.
