Hug your parents

So, he got up and went to his father. “But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him. Luke 15:20

When we grow up, we separate ourselves from our families and the beings we love. Perhaps it was because work, marriage, business, and other things came that led us to move from the nest that once saw us grow up. Already the calls to our parents are weekly, monthly, or perhaps on holidays. Who knows what the excuse is for not having them around or for not making a call? Continue reading “Hug your parents”

Abraza a tus padres

Incense

And when he had taken it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp, and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of God’s people. Revelation 5: 8

We pray so many times that we wonder if God really listens to us or is it in vain. Many answered prayers and others waiting for a yes or no. The answers with a yes, we rejoice and celebrate. But, when a no arrive, Continue reading “Incense”

Incienso

LIFE

Because: He who wants to love life and see good days, restrain his tongue of evil, And his lips do not speak deceit; He turn away from evil, and do good; Look for peace and follow it. 1 Peter 3: 10-11.

Life is full of both good and bad circumstances. Time is transforming us. But the most important thing is that we have decided to give ourselves the opportunity to explore who we really are and that we are different from others. We have virtues as defects, but you are still you and not the other. Continue reading “LIFE”

Continue reading “LA VIDA”

FACING THE OCEAN

And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and the LORD caused the sea to turn back by a mighty east wind all that night; and the sea turned dry, and the waters were divided. Then the children of Israel entered through the middle of the sea, dry, having the waters as a wall on their right and on their left. Exodus 14: 21-22

We are pursued by the enemy, we run so as not to be attacked or to protect ourselves from the hand of the hunter who does not rest until attacking. But there comes a time when we find ourselves facing the sea and we believe that there is no way out. Continue reading “FACING THE OCEAN”

Continue reading “FRENTE AL MAR”
